Espectacular ! Optimo el servicio y las instalaciones
thank you, everything good hotel
We had dinner at the Rain Forest Cafe today and I was not impressed.... The worst dining experience we have ever had. beautiful hotel, so close to the Falls. We had a family suite and my kids loved their bunk beds with individual tvs Staff is very friendly. We had dinner at Rain Forest Cafe which is awesome place for a family with kids. Would highly recommend!
It’s good experience to stay there
Room was clean, nice, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Easy walk to the casino, and the hotel has the rainforest cafe and Starbucks inside. There is also a hydro spa which I will be booking one day in the future. Highly recommend!
friendly staff, clean rooms, close to everything...
Our stay was just ok. The restaurants in the hotel had long wait times, poor service, and were very expensive. The location was pretty good. We were able to walk down to the falls in about 10 minutes. At one point during our stay, I asked for more coffee for our room and it took over an hour for them to get it to our room. I wasn’t even in the mood for coffee any more at that point. The pool was nice but very crowded. If we were to go back to Niagara, we probably would pick a different hotel.
