Best vacation we have fun my family and I great service in the hotel I recommend I give you five stars
We stayed here during our trip to Niagara Falls earlier this week! We were very impressed by the accommodations the hotel offered. Our room was very clean and spacious, it also had a wonderful view of the area near the Falls. Everything was walking distance as well. The kids really enjoyed the pool and were amazed with the Shark tank! We had dinner at TGI Fridays on the property the evening we arrived. If we return to Niagara Falls again, we will definitely stay on this property.
One of the best places we have ever stayed! All the staff was so nice and helpful! So much to do in the hotel with our little one. We will be back again!
We just left there after a weekend stay through Groupon - we had the most wonderful time ! Hotel was immaculate clean with a very friendly large cleaning staff , the Groupon package included so many extras that saved so much money ! The front desk staff was fantastic ! Early check in , late check out and upgraded to the club where we enjoyed great drinks and appetizers ( meatballs , crab cakes , veggies , cheese and crackers ) for happy hour and an awesome breakfast with hot food and Starbucks coffee each morning ! This was our first time staying at this hotel. We chose to stay here for the beginning weekend if our son’s spring break. What a great decision! The hotel is beautiful, our recently remodeled room was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was great and having 2 of our favourite restaurants on site was perfect. All the staff were super friendly especially Nate who made the checkin process perfect. Will definitely be back
The friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever been to! The front desk, restaurant managers and waitstaff, maid service, etc. were all helpful with not only hotel accommodations, but with our entire experience in Niagara Falls, giving us directions, advice, etc.
Great place,great prices, lot of different things to do there, we go about every 3 weeks now. Pool ,spa, jacuzzi, restaurants . Not a problem so far
We had to wait 2 hours for a table at Rainforest Cafe with a bunch of kids. The staff and managers were super apologetic and did everything they could to make our time here pleasant. Our server was great and the manager, Jeff, was awesome! Thanks for making our time enjoyable even after a long wait.
