RecommendedGreat hotel kids love it we having fun great service also
We purchased a room 12 days before our trip, with a check in of 4 PM. We got to the hotel at 4:20, and they did not have a room ready! They advertised that we had a view of the falls...no, we don't; and we are on the top floor. WAY overpriced. We had a better room at the Marriott outside of Boston, and it was less expensive.

Very dirty and smelly elevators, very very very dirty smelly corridors, very very dirty rooms, extremely small old, worn out bathroom, extremely dirty carpets. Morning breakfast very very average. Stay at this Hotel if u want to spoil your holidays. This hotel need renovation.
Great water falls, enjoyed lot
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The hallway smelled so bad!! We checked in & then headed to Canada. Spent the day there didn’t return till 2am. Great hotel, close walk to the Falls and excellent pool area!! Rooms are spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this Sheraton!!
