RecommendedAmazing customer service, great location , great amenities!
We saw different faces of the falls day and night, how it transforms from beautiful to amazing sight, with regards to the hotel it was so spacious and the staff are accommodating
Highly recommended mainly due to vicinity of the falls. 5 - 7 mins walk. There are good Restaurnts and cafe inside the hotel aswell like tgif, starbucks, etc. One is a wildlife themed restaurant that the kids will love and also there is an arcade for kids. There is also a casino right opposite to the hotel which is internally connected. The pool and gym is good too. We were here in November (it was snowing outside)and still the pool area was comfortable. Overall highly recommended for family and couples.

I am staying at this hotel for 5nights and 6 days for the WKC Worlds Championships. The staff entered my room with a sign on the door. I noticed the next morning something that was missing. I made a complaint at the desk, I was then told that the item may have been mixed up in the laundry or it could have been laying somewhere in the room. I said I’m sorry but all of my items where placed in my suitcase. So this means the staff entered with a sign on the door.
