Awesome overnight stay with my family and visit to the falls. The Summer Family Package is a great value and mini vacay. JAKE (front desk)was friendly, professional, and helpful. We will be back again. We loved the Rainforest Cafe.

Could not have been more satisfied! No complaints which is unusual for me.
It's was pretty good.. it was so close to the falls. Had good restaurants and Starbucks.. and plus they authorized my card and gave me an option to pay cash and I got my money back on my card the next morning! Just wish the people staying there would be more considerate going down the hall ways at night!! Ugh but over all it was a great stay!!😃👍🏼👏🏼
We checked in at 1:30 pm went to the room turned on ac and left came back at 5pm room warmer than when we checked in. Call maintenance they come up 5 min. later hit a couple of button and say it's good and working ok thank you have a nice day. We go to dinner come back 2 hrs later still warm. Call back down for maintenance they come up hit a couple of button and I tell them what is wrong with it and they look and I was right low on freon. Pool area was spectacular. Don't eat at TGIFridays. Did twice both times a miserable disappointment. Actually sent my whole meal back second time and wouldn't order anything new!!

We had a family of six and we loved are stay. Our little girl 6 doesn't want to leave . We enjoyed our first night having dinner at the rainforest cafe very nice staff and loved the animals, price no so much lol but food and drinks was great. Tgif breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed the pool and the closet to the falls . Thanks for a awesome stay u gave us.
I love it. Staff was very nice and there's so much to do just in the hotel.
