It's an older hotel so the walls,ceiling and floors are thick and well insulated. I did not hear the people in the other rooms, nor was I bothered by people walking above. Bed was very comfortable, nice down pillows. Room was spacious, has a mini fridge and a microwave as well as 2 comfortable chairs, a desk and desk chair, a chest of drawers, a king bed and 2 nightstands with plenty of room to move around. Great pet friendly place to stay! Close to the falls, Casino and many other fun spots!
I attended for a work conference last week, and the stay was wonderful until I left when the hotel charged me fees from the conference that I did not pay for. I spoke with several staff who told me it was an accident and I would be refunded. I found out that I was not the only person this occurred with, and when I asked what compensation could be offered they offered to "add some points" on a "rewards card". I declined and said I did not have a rewards card, and was told "sorry, and to take it up with my bank". I have since ... read more
Fantastic staff. The girl at the front desk is phenomenal. I'm so impressed how friendly everyone was. Room was nice and location is central and close to the casino. Thank you Sheaton for an enjoyable stay
I just stayed this last weekend the first night was terrible. The lady at the front desk was really rude and talked to me like I was a little kid. Then to top it off she put us in the wrong room then told us that she couldn't fix it until the next day. The pool was amazing and loved the shark tank. Plus it is only a 7 minute walk from the falls. So besides the first day it was great.

This hotel is a wonderful stay. Excellent staff, house keeper are amazing. The only complaint isn't really something to complain about. But the coffee maker in our room was a little dirty, but nothing a disenfectent wipe wont fix.
