Where do I begin? For the price we're paying to stay here, we should at least be able to stay in a room that doesn't have a giant crack in the ceiling, a bathroom door that's all busted up, and we could do without the giant burn mark in the perfect shape of an iron in the carpet. There were still crumbs on the floor from previous guests and holes all over the walls from where pictures were hung before. The price you're paying for these outdated and old rooms is ridiculous. Worst experience of my life. Will never stay there again our family was there for a wedding customer service were rude, power went out,refrigerators unfroze water all over floor stunk terrible rooms were leaking. They need to revamp this hotel and work on revamping their employees from to to bottom.

The Hotel gets 5 stars but the Fridays gets a -5. Unlimited $10 apps where gross and after ordering 3 unlimited apps a kid meal grand total was nearly $100! Wtf...manager only have made us right server acted as if she didn't care. I will never come back to this Fridays. We had a big party of 12 6 adults 6 kids. The tip was based on what your bill would have been of you ordered apps at regular price. Beware of Fridays unlimited apps it's a trick and you will pay more. Totally dissatisfied.

Great stay. Associates were very polite and genuine. The room was top notch. Bed really comfy. In the T.G.I.Fridays the server, Sam was terrific. Food was wonderful but way overpriced. I would definitely stay here again.
