Never staying again... 10:30pm at night and they are working in the hallway outside the room. Ridiculous!!!!
We stayed at this hotel on February 16-17 and it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Although there are similar amenities to other hotels that I have frequented, the staff cannot compare. Staff will accommodate you to ensure your stay is the best. I loved the location of this hotel as it is very close to everything. Don't understand why..... when you search for girlfriend getaway package using several date options it says not available......all February dates..... However...there is avalibility at the hotel for same dates......would like two book this packaged but it is a tedious process if you are trying to use an advertised package......should not be so difficult that you feel like giving up
As a Starwood associate I can say from an informed position that your property is very well ran and maintained. Great stay!
Was a decent hotel but pricey, especially for our room size and view. The bathroom was tiny and luke warm water showers were what me and my fiance had to endure in the morning. Otherwise, the location is very convenient.

Excelente hotel...el restaurante Fridays tiene las mejores costillas que he probado...la ubicación del hotel es muy cercana a las cataratas.....muy recomendable!!!
