Mooie hotel hebben op etage 13 gezeten en konden s'avonds zo naar het verlichte park rond de falls kijken en naar Canada aan fe overkant. Mocht je het ooit bezoeken doe het dan aan de canadese kant. Je kunt zo over de brug naar de overkant.
Stayed one night for our 10th anniversary! Great location! Seriously the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on! Staff was super nice and everything was right within walking distance..the falls, the casino..great place!

Horrible service! The entire hotel has a horrible smell throughout! I don't know if it's their cleaners, but it literally was making me sick!
Stayed four nights in march 2015. Great place to rest and relax. TGIF in house restaurant and the Seneca Casino Resort is accross the road. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the Niagara Falls. In 12 minutes you can walk over the Rainbow Bridge and cross the border New York & Ontario Canada! Great experience and great stay! Cristina of New Zealand
Buffet is overpriced. No signs warning that the price is $39.95 per person. When I asked at the entrance, the head waiter told me it was $13.95. With two ice teas, got stuck with a bill over $100.00. Was shocked!
We had stopped by Starbucks in the lobby recently. Their prices are exorbitant. A Grande Latte cost was 60 percent more than what one would pay outside. When asked about it the staff just point to the menu board behind them. I can understand 10 to 20 % difference but 60 % seems very unreasonable. I I won't be stopping by there next time I am in the area. @Starbucks should make a note.
