Not ever having my fireplace cleaned before, I understood afterwords what the process was and how good Ryan was while doing it. He did not leave a mess he made sure everything was clean and I was very happy with the service and will probably do this on a regular basis.

I had to order a chimney cleaning on a clients home after the inspector said the chimney needed further inspection. I called Nature's Own Chimney cleaning and the next day the problem was resolved. Nature's Own is very professional, organized, and courteous.

I was referred to Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning by a friend. I have not had my chimney cleaned or inspected in a number of years. Their tech showed up as scheduled and thoroughly inspected and cleaned our chimney. I was surprised by the buildup of soot that had collected over the years, and was also not aware of the fire hazard it posed. Nature's Own did an excellent job at an affordable cost. I will not hesitate to call them again for you next chimney cleaning.

No-show: Scheduled for 4:30pm-7:30pm 5:20pm: Notified us that the technician was running late 8:30pm: Asked if we still wanted service; Upon no answer, indicated that we could reschedule in the morning; never called. Never going to use them!

We do apologize for running late since the job before you took a little longer then anticipated, but we did keep contact with you as explained in the review you left us.
