Was able to meet me earlier than appointment time. Did a good job. No mess no fuss. Left the house clean. I would use them again.

Nature's Own chimney cleaning did us a huge favor. We booked a deal through Group-on and got our chimney inspection and cleaning for only $60. They were very professional, prompt, on time, and helpful on site and off. Our technician's name was Sam and he did a great job of explaining everything that we needed to know. I highly recommend Sam and Nature's Own.

I am still waiting on the invoice for these services and see exactly what they found.. This is a rental outside of my town, have no idea about anything except for the cost of services. This part is disapointing.

It took sometime before they can schedule the appointment. Once the tech arrived, it took him a long time to get the job done. At first, he couldn't do the job although I had thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and even sent pictures prior to him coming out. He still wanted to charge me a trip charge per company policy but I didn't think that was fair, given they told me it was an easy job. I hired them to clean the gutters and fix a few minor problems with the downspouts; it took a service person ca 15 min to complete the job and collect a check. In about 2 days, I've noticed that in fact nothin was done - leaves and debris were still in the gutters. I've contacted the company - I was informed that service person was no longer with them and they will send someone else to do the job as requested. Yes, I did hire Natures own and yes it was my fault. The guy came out and found that there was nothing to do with the Chimney it was already clean. He took a look at the chimney top on the roof and came back with a price of $450.00 to repair. But what got me he charged me for work that he did not do. A total of $97.01, for just looking at my chimney. I will never recommend them to anybody. I felt that since he did not have to clean my chimney I should have gotten a reduction and or no charge.

If you look around online you will find that even our inspection fee is a bargain compared to most. The young man seemed in a bit of a hurry & not very thorough. The last time I had my chimney cleaned it took a lot longer & was scrubbed & cleaned more thoroughly.

He did an excellent job at cleaning my dryer vent. He said it was one of the worst he had ever seen but he cleaned it out very well. He also cleaned the chimney and said it was already clean as a whistle.
