They did an initial inspection of my fireplace and chimney. I had a crack in my back insert that needed replaced and they provided a quote. 9 months later they honored that quoted price and made the repairs.

Seriously awesome. Called Nature's Own for my grandma after doing some research and they were so helpful with giving me all the information about their prices and what not, went ahead and ordered and they were out here to clean the chimney the next day. My grandma doesn't get sick anymore from all the dirt, they did such a great job! Chimney is now spotless and not to mention, the staff is so polite and you can tell they take pride in their work and really value customer satisfaction. Dry vent cleaning and clearing is not their strong suit, it appears to be an add on business but they have neither the tools nor the talent to perform the job.

The tech was on time and friendly, but showed up in a pest control truck, did not bring in a vacuum to use during cleaning and was himself very dirty. That's fine, but he didn't even put on booties. Took us a while to clean up after he left, in fact I still am. He did try to clean up but frankly was just making it worse, so we told him we would do it. We hired them to trap a raccoon and had to call them to come back out to check their trap. We still have multiple raccoons doing damage to our yard and landscape. We called for a service call and the earliest they could is 7 days out. What is there was an animal in the trap? Leave it for 7 days? I'm interested to see how their 30 day guarantee will work since they've been ineffective.
