Cancelled first time- reschedule was about 2 hours late and did not let me know he would be late. Missed shelf in fire place vacumming-had to do it myself.

Good Morning, We do apologize for running late, but we do have notes that the office did attempt to call you regarding running late, as of the smoke shelf we do clean the shelf out and if anything was missed we always warranty all of our work for 30 days and would be more then happy to come back out at no charge to make you happy. Thank You
