The tech completed the job, but left a mess on the sidewalks. When I mentioned it to him, his reply was "Oh, it will blow away eventually." He also ran over items that he had marked himself and hit brick borders knocking them noticeably out of place and not bothering to put them back in place. When I went outside to check if the work was complete, all he said was "check." I have used this company once before and had a better overall experience. I had lawn aeration service and it's a tough job handling a 300 lb. machine around trees and flower beds. Bill E. was the service technician and his demeanor, politeness and respect for my property really made an impression. Five stars in all categories! Will definitely use them in the future.

I had a call from JAMES who advised me how this worked. I had already called someone else thru Groupon. James explained my misstep online. Sure enough, the Groupon was NOT for the dryer vent cleaning. I cancelled the Groupon and HIRED Nature's Own as I got a quick response and an early fix date. I wanted to see James but he was unable to come to my house. These folks were open and honest about their services, fixed the problem and my dryer works now. Thanks.

In my opinion they arrived 3 hours late for a 4:30 appointment. They tried to say there was a 3 hour "window" for him to arrive, but when he showed up at 7:28 I did not want the service. He continued and would not leave. He performed about 90% of it after dark. He ran over stuff even though we had marked our sprinkler system with flags the day before.

Good Morning Theresa, We do apologize for your mis understanding and can promise you that in 20 years in business we always do a 3 hour window which is explained twice to every customer before service to prevent this type of review, however we may need to make 3 calls in the future. Very thorough cleaning of the vent. They made sure everything was cleaned from the dryer through the vent in the roof. No other dryer vent service I have had in the past has done that.
