Good Afternoon, We apologize for any miss communication, however your weeds will not disappear after one service unless you hand pick every weed no matter what company that you hire. All weed killing products take time to work inside the weed to kill the entire weed which takes time. Also you need to fertilize your grass and stay on top of this service every 6 weeks. We do guarantee all of our work, but you need to give it time or you will kill the grass in your yard. Thank You, Management
