I was unhappy with the clean up. The tech cleaned out the duct and blew lint all over the roof and didn't clean it up as well as clean up the laundry room.

Good Morning, We apologize for any problems with your service. We don't clean any lint off the roof since it would be impossible or it would take over 8 hours since lint sticks to the shingles and will fall apart with a rain and disappear. We do catch over 90 %. We hope you understand and this is standard in the industry otherwise a dryer vent clean would cost the homeowner a lot more then $80.00. We do apologize and hope you understand.

poor communications by both the didpatcher & the technician regarding chimney repairs. would recommend avoiding this outfit.
