Not on time, called to say it would be another 1 & 1/2 he's. Two young guys that inspected but did not clean. Wanted to sell us 300.00 in new gas logs, flashing and the list went on. I was expecting inspection & cleaning for $99.00 as told. No cleaning was done only visual inspection that cost $85.00. Read fine print of receipt this is a lawn & landscape company.WTH!

We would be more then happy to clean your clean chimney at no charge to make you happy with the service. The tech was very nice and informative about what other repairs that were needed and why. I was surprised by the repairs that were needed and the expense but to understand why needed with the tech's explanation and him pointing each out.

Really quick service. Being mid December and all the other sweeps I previously called were booked until late January. This guy could have had the same answer. Came by at 6 in the evening on Saturday and still had another appointment after leaving my house! Did a great job. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

They were very professional, explained what they did, and then gave me very reasonable estimates on some of the repair work they recommended without being pushy that it should be done by them or right away (no emergency repairs needed)
