Did not receive a call that the service tech was running late. Showed up two hours late. However, work was completed timely, once he arrived.

He actually did not have to do any work other than look in the fire place. There were no nest in the fire place. He offered a solution to keep the wasps out. He also lowered the price $24. I was please with his honesty and promptness.
