The technician was very polite and knowledgeable but I feel like the amount of money paid for this service was over priced. It took him about 20 min to do this work and that is start to finish (including talking to me about the problem and setting up his tools) I know that companies have to make money but I do think this was an over priced service.

They inspected the fire place and cleaned it in less than 15 minutes. It just does not seem like you can do a thorough job of cleaning a fire place in 15 minutes. The inspection report they left me was unreadable.

Good Morning, We do apologize for any inconvenience, we do also cover your service with a 30 day warranty if you feel that we need to come back out to clean your chimney again to meet your standards. Typically it takes more the 15 minutes just to get the equipment out and the time to clean your chimney can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour depending on how dirty the chimney condition is in. We unique had a unique set-up with our dryer vent and they were able to get it figured it out!
