Let's just say that such shoddy work was done that I am paying a reputable company to come and clean our fireplace...the amount of creosote that was visible and not touched in cleaning was amazing...that is just the start of the story...totally never ever use again..

We do warranty all of our work with a 30 day warranty for all of our customers and we would be more then happy to send a manager to fix any issues. When he got here he gave a pitch for hundreds more....A VERY GOOD PITCH....He said he was going to clean my chimney and make it look brand new....Well all he did was put some caulk in some cracks and paint my hole fire box black......So his way of cleaning was paint over all the soot.....NOT CLEANING OR SCRAPING IT OFF....AT ALL...I had to call someone else.....WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN... SO DISAPPOINTED.... A JOKE....

As of scraping the chimney seems a bit much a really good cleaning includes brushes in which we use and is plenty to clean a fireplace. We can't find you in our system, but if you are a customer of Nature's Own then we would love to help you asap.
