Nature's Own was very thorough from the time we called them, until the project had entered completion. They communicated with us very effectively and I feel like they were very hands on. We got a hold of someone named John that scheduled our appointment and they were able to come inspect our chimney within a few days of our call. Basically on short notice. Vendor was unwilling to honor the quoted price for the agreed upon service .
