It reqired 4 trys 2 due to weather. Clean up was less than promised.

It was refreshing to have such a caring group of people for a traditional chimney cleaning service. Most of these guys just do the job and leave, but these guys are very friendly and offered us a nice chat while they were working.

They repaired my fireplace and they did an outstanding job doing it. It's brings relief to our minds knowing that we have a usable fireplace (not like we need it now though)!

Our appointment was scheduled for 5:00pm Friday. With lack of communication or care they showed up at 6:30pm on Saturday. The gutters were cleaned efficiently and quickly, but they could not repair a falling gutter that was requested and still charged the full amount.
