Ryan, my technician was very nice and polite. The only reason I didn't give the full five stars was because I won't know for sure how well the job was performed until I use the fireplace. But, I have no complaints.

We agreed to an estimate given to us by Blake on January 14, 2016 for an amount of $582.17 and gave him a deposit of $475.00 balance of 553.30 He was unable to finish the job and would send someone else to do it. He apparently swept the chimney and set the cap and left. The second technician (John ?) looked over the contract and stated that much more work would have to be done in the fireplace. i.e. replacement of the bricks, which he said would be a messy dirty job. My stove hood was so dirty from cooking a lot of oily foods, but they were able to get it done. They also arrived on the same day that I made the appointment, so I was very satisfied with that!
