Called them to get an estimate on what it would cost to inspect and clean my chimney. Overall I was very satisfied with their service, they came out right away and inspected the chimney thoroughly, gave me a reasonable estimate and I though I was ripping them off by paying the amount they gave me and them providing the fantastic work that they did! Will hire again, my go to Chimney sweepers now!

Great service for a fantastic price! I recently had my chimney cleaned by another company but they seemed to be in n out really fast and the chimney seemed rather off since then, so I looked around saw this company and gave them a call. Best decision ever, They came out the next day and inspected the chimney and sure enough they really hadn't clean it, but Natures own said it wasn't a problem and that they will take care of it. Which they did and for a fantastic price! Life time customer I highly recommend this company

we had agreed to put a cap on the chimney. the technician recommended 460.00 worth of work. we declined the work and he replaced the wire screen that had blown off. today i got a bill for the steel cap that was not replaced.

He talked on phone (Bluetooth) the whole time. He Started to put up his equipment and I asked him to do a better job. He did go back a second time and clean a little more thorough. But I had to ask him to try again.

The service tech was very courteous and knew immediately that my pilot light was out. He also scanned the fireplace to make sure there weren't any obvious leaks. He explained all of the parts of the fireplace to me and showed me how to operate the valves.
