They were on time and professional. Needed thorough paperwork for inspection for selling purposes, provided without hesitation. After work completed, provided touch ups to paint to make the area look better.

They cleaned leaves and pine needles off my roof valleys and off my gutter covers but left all the debris on the ground for me to pick up later. Evidently their cleaning service does not include bagging and removing the debris.

Good Morning, We apologize for any problems you may experienced with your service. We do pick up most debri except for compost material. If for some reason anything was not compost or on the concrete we will be more then happy to come back and clean up anything that needs to be picked up.
The gentleman cleaning the fireplace did a great job and was done with the work in about 20 minutes. $99 is probably a little high for this type of work, but it needed to be done.

Daryl was very friendly and professional. He immediately began to inspect the fireplace, was very careful to ensure that my floor was not soiled, explained what he was doing and made recommendations about future inspections and cleanings.

Did a 4 Star on work quality, because I don't know how well he cleaned the chimney. He did tell me of other minor problems I had with it, tho, and offered their services, but didn't push it, as I appreciated. Kind, on time, professional.
