Scheduling left a lot to be desired. Was sending one person then another called saying they were coming. Very confusing as we thought we knew who was coming then we didn't. Workman ship o.k.

Scheduled me for a service they don't even provide and then charged me a $50 trip fee.

Good Morning, We apologize for any inconvenience, However we would never schedule a service that we do not provide. Some chimney's in very rare occasions do require only a distributor from the manufacturer to only work on there units that they design.
I never used this company before but they were the only ones that could meet my schedule requirements
