He phoned us very quickly and were at my home in a few hours of my request. He was very polite and he cleaned up well - he took extra care to wear foot covers so he wouldn't damage my floor. he cleaned and inspected the fireplace, chimney and replace back tiles. was professional, prompt and efficient. There was no left over ashes or mess when finished with job. He was very knowledgeable as to what he was doing and made suggestions that were extremely helpful. The man was very prompt & did a very good job. He cleaned the chimney and inspected it. We have a (Earth) wood burning stove. There was no left over ashes or mess when finished with job. I would recommend him.

Service provider called 2 hours before scheduled time and said he was running ahead of time and wanted to come over. When we arrived he was waiting, came in for a total of 5 minutes, vacuumed the ashes and said everything was fine. Said he had checked everything before we arrived, which couldn't be true. Lastly, the invoice that he left was for a completely different job, customer and address. I know for a fact there wasn't any type of inspection done and he did not clean the chimney.

Very professional, honest and reliable! My house smelled for days every time we used our fireplace. Called Natures Own, they were very knowledgeable and set up an appointment without delay. Came in and cleaned the chimney...smell gone!!! In and out, same day service.... didn't even know such things existed until now :)

No confirmation call of day of service. Quoted 3 prices for the same service.$99.00 on phone. $80 on Craigslist and $65 on Groupon.
