I am really particular about how my chimney is cleaned. I have gone through several companys, and each has disappointed me in one way or another.On a note I'm pretty meticulous about quality work and don't trust anyone to do a better job than I can so I've always been hesitant to hire anyone. We recently purchased a new home and it has a beautiful fireplace. I wanted to use it during the holiday season however we had no idea when it was last cleaned or if it was safe to use. I was pleased with how quickly they got out. The tech was really friendly and I appreciated all the information he gave us. He thoroughly cleaned the chimney and we're now enjoying it on a nightly basis. I will use this company again for future cleanings and service.

The technician claims the fire place was wired incorrectly with a speaker line. But it used to work. If it is wired with a wrong wire is should never work.
