I just purchased a rental home in Texas and I was referred to Nature's Own. I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The representatives were polite, professional, and prompt. Mr. McKeown was very knowledge when he came out to inspect my chimney. This was my 1st time having to hire a chimney inspector and I would hire him again in a heart beat. He was more than willing to talk me through the steps he was taking so I felt more comfortable. Everyone I worked with at Nature's Own was very polite and informative. Thanks for the great work!

When I called Nature's Own, I directly asked them if they worked on gas fireplaces. The woman to whom I spoke said yes; I described the problem and asked if they handled that type of repair and was again assured that they did. We paid $81.19 for the repairman to tell us that he could;t fix it and that he thought we needed a plumber or electrician. Fabulous… (not!!).

Good Afternoon, We apologize for any mis communication you may have experienced, however we do service electric fireplaces and sometimes internal repairs do need to be service by licensed plumbers, electricians, etc. and are out of our hands. It really seems unfair to leave us a bad review since this was the case and really had nothing to do with our company.

This service is top- notch for what they do! They have best prices compared to their competitors, and the quality of their work is superior. I've never seen my chimney cleaned so well in so short amount of time, and the customer service was more than what I expected. The repair man didn't try to sell me what I didn't need and he even gave me tips on how to keep it clean.
