Explained things clearly, work was done quickly but thoroughly. Will have them do additional work.
Christiano called beforehand. Was early for the appointment. Came inside inspected the fireplace then outside to inspected the chimney. He covered the floor and respected my house as he brought in his tools. He was very respectable without being overly noisy - made nice comments, but did not pry. Christiano was easy to talk with and explained what he was doing and why. Their website promises that they clean up their mess. Bah! They left chunks of ash and cinders on my Persian carpet and when I vacuumed, it smeared all over. Now I have to hire someone to clean the carpet. They inspected the fireplace but I didn't really see them "work". And when they left, they said they could fix the problem for another $125 but didn't arrange a time to do that. Not happy with their service at all.

These guys were fantastic. My mom's chimney was in dire need of a cleaning and inspection since she uses it every winter. They were very professional, and did not leave a mess. The pricing was in line with other companies, but I ultimately went with them because of the recommendations from others. I would highly recommend this service, and have told others in the neighborhood.

They tried to charge us twice for the cleaning on our credit card and they were to over priced for the service that they preformed
