The company did not show at the appointed time. The person that took my appointment request was not aware that their staff did not honor appointment.
The company is incredibly friendly and came out to my house within hours of my first call. I am currently renting a house and was told that the chimney had not been cleaned in a very long time and was recommended this company by a friend who had used them before. They are incredibly efficient as well, making sure everything was cleaned and inspected quickly and thoroughly.

Called week before Christmas for inspection. Was given a date of Christmas week; promise of call before arrival. Waited from 4 to 7 with no call. I called Nature's Own and found out they had no idea I was not serviced and did not have me on a full schedule. Promised a call before arrival at 10:30-1:00. No call when doorbell at about 3:00. The techs were polite, very knowledgeable about my unit, took time to make sure I understood my first fireplace, and took care to protect the area from dirt and debris. I had an awesome experience. The guys were super quick, and even laid blankets down so they wouldn't get my floor dirty. They were really friendly too. I would recommend them :)

I hired them to install a chimney cap. The installer was more interested in finding other problems in the chimney he could fix. The installer only had one chimney cap with him and it was a more costly cap. He balked at going to get a less expensive cap. Just a lackluster performance by the installer.
Easy to make the appointment. On time. Job done in 30-40 minutes. Payment easy....what more could you want? Thanks!

We hired Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning to clean out chimney before the Christmas and they offered an excellent service to me. Their work is extremely professional and they know how to do their job. I highly recommend these guys for all your chimney cleaning work.
