Worse Service. Didn't show up, when I called said running late, 5 hrs later when I called said would try and make it next day. Next day when I called said they would not be able to and wanted to reschedule for a week later. Then I had to call again to find out that the technician was 5 mins away and didn't call 30 minutes before as I was told he would. Job took a total of 10 Minutes and cost me a Vacation day and hiring some one to be at the house on a second day.

I'm torn because they did some things really well and did other not so well. The people that came and did the work said they missed something that needed to be done in the estimate. It was out in the open and obvious to them, so now they have to come back and do more work and additional expense because the inspector missed it. The people that did the work missed some of the work that needed to be done also. The guys were in and out in ten minutes. My wife was not sure they even cleaned the chimney. They may have, we just don't know for sure. All she saw was them vacuuming the fireplace. So, $99 for 10 minutes does not seem worth it.
