They do not explain the price well

I would not recommend this company to anyone for chimney sweep or repair. They did the work at 7:30 pm when it was scheduled between 3:30-5:30pm. It was dark and you couldn't see anything. After looking at the work this morning in the light its doesn't look good. I'm embarrassed to say how much I paid for 1.5 hours of work and maybe $300 in supply. I would save my money and hire someone else. Also still waiting for the owner to call me, not holding my breath.

I asked for an inspection as I had just moved in to the condo I purchased and the inspection for the condo recommended a more thorough chimney inspection. They spent maybe 15 minutes on site. One guy used his cellphone flashlight to look up in the chimney. He seemed to think everything was ok, but for $79 I expected something more thorough. They said I would need a "Level 3" inspection but they would have to come back. They were both very nice but I felt ripped off.

Good Morning, We did a level one inspection and found problems that did need a more thorough inspection a level 3 inspection since damages were found as we explained to you at this time. We understand that this can be frustrating, however you purchased a level one inspection for this low price and damages to your fireplace does require a more thorough inspection that includes taking your chase top apart that does take a lot more time. They were very professional and arrived when promised. They went the extra mile and even painted the work they performed to match the roof. I supplied the paint, but they offered to paint up on the roof. I will use them again in the future

He did a great job checking things out and giving us advice on how to use it. He also found a problem on the chimney cap and fixed it, so we're all ready for cold weather.
