I needed to put my house back to place and needed some cleaning up of the roof and chimney prior to the rains. After a recommendation by a friend, I decided to try Nature???s own chimney service, these guys are great, hardworking and does a neat job. They helped to have my roof and chimney cleaned. The workmen are reliable, efficient and professional the way they handled the task. Also it was easy on the pocket and I got the work done as I wanted to.
Taylor was polite, professional and thorough. I'd hire them again!

I hired them to inspect my chimney they found a hole on the roof by my chimney which they fixed. There is a 90 day warranty hopefully it will rain so I can know it is repaired. Jason was quick and polite the experience was good

cost 800.00 for a new cap (really small one), re-mortared the top of the chimney and cleaned it out. It seems a lot, but I didn't compare. Nice guy, though. Took time to explain everything.
This company ( Nature"s Own Service) was hired to clean gutter system. Atleast one downspout was completely blocked. This service refused to clean downspouts and I was told this was not part of their service. Needless to say without the downspouts cleaned rain water would not flow out of the system.

We apologize for any misunderstanding, however we did clean the gutters and downspouts, but could not clean the underground pipes since this requires a plumber. We also did not charge anything for this service so a bad review really seems a bit harsh. Thank You
