Last year we hired a company to come and clean our chimney. They left a mess and did such a poor job that when we lit the chimney there was such a bad smell that we couldn???t use it. My sister used Nature???s Own Chimney and raved about them so I decided to use give them a try. That was one of the best decisions we made all year. The staff was so professional and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with valuable information on caring for my chimney. I would recommend anyone to use them.
I would highly recommend their service. They were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job at a more than fair price.

Perfect service. i came to know about them from my friend. i hired them to clean all over house and i really happy with their service. Guys are amazing and hard worker.
I'm not from the Houston, but one of my elder relatives left me their old cabin that was in the area. All the excitement I had to check it out quickly vanished when I saw the state of the place. It was a WRECK. My friends and I could take care of most of the issues, but one thing we couldn't handle was the chimney; which is when a friend suggested we call Nature's Own. Called asking if they supported Hydronic heater (which they do not) but still took a few minutes to help me out and trouble shoot with me. Seemed very nice and would use them if they only supported my heater :)
