The only negative thing was arrival time which was later than scheduled window but he did call and advise status twice.
The technician was very courteous and the quality of work was good. He cleaned the gutters, and removed the debris after the job was complete

When the gentlemen from the company called me after I posted the requirement on Home Advisor we discussed the job and he quoted me a price to clean my gutters and downspouts. I reiterated that it was a 2-story house and he said he understood and they would do it for the price stated and would clean up all the debris and cart it off. The technicians are super nice. So far, the quality of the work seems good. I will not know if they stopped the leak until the next rain. If so, then they did good work. This was the 3rd time I called them. The first time they did an inspection and swept the chimney. They did just okay with that. The price was fair for that part. But one of the workers made a pretty big mess in the house. They pointed out that I needed the fire box tucked, mortar in the cracks. Thought work was great for the exception of the guy fixing the chimney crack. That was a bit expensive for just rubbing mortar on bricks.
