Excellent service
My chimney's needed inspecting and cleaning so I hired this company. The serviceman, Carlos, called before he came to let me know he was on his way, was actually on time and did an amazing job. Carlos was very careful to cover a rug and furniture nearby and he was neat and tidy when doing his job. He was also very personable and professional. I will hire them again. Very satisfied!!
Could not fix, but Charged $50 for coming to home.

Unqualified, unprofessional, useless service. Unable to repair fireplace or offer diagnosis/assistance. Didn't come equipped for the job (asked me for a flashlight and lighter). I cannot possibly express my full discontent. Did refund trip charge after 5 or 6 calls to "customer service". If you have options, take them.

We apologize for any problems you may have had with your service, However this service was generated as a fireplace inspection as noted and we do not work on your specific model since the company that installed them is the distributor for this model and is the only company in Texas with the parts. On time, very nice and helpful guy. Rather quick for cleaning and inspection (15 min), but the floor was a bit dirty when the guy left
