Service was excellent. The technician was professional and had good advice about using the fireplace. I would recommend them.

Natures Own sent Jeremy who was very respectful and professional to me and my floors and cleanup. Absolutely on time. He did chimney sweep and dryer duct. I would absolutely hire him and his company in the future.
Got some good information.
Way over priced. I had a crack in fireplace and charged same price as cleaning and whole job took maybe15 minutes for almost 200.00. Hiwever, they did a good job and were very friendly. Also showed up at very last minute of 3 hour window. That was fine but a heads up phone call would have been nice.

Really liked that Carlos educated me as we had some very hazardous issues... had to have firebox replaced. This inspection very well could have saved our house and our lives!
Customer service was lacking. They arrived on time and done in about 30 minutes... I didn't crawl into the chimney to inspect the work but the quick completion makes me wonder. It seemed to take longer to complete the credit card transaction (which he grumbled about) than to do the job on 11/28/2014.
