They installed two chimney caps that will keep birds from nesting this spring. They negotiated a fair price with me and completed the job in a timely manner. Quality of work was outstanding. Would definitely use again.
The tech was very knowledgeable about repairing the cracks in my firebox. He also determined what was causing my flue not to close and fixed it very quickly and inexpensively. He took care not to leave any mess (or even smell!) behind after cleaning 35 yrs of dust and soot out of the chimney!
The guys where professional and courteous.
I was quoted for a cleaning and inspection, dead animal removal and screening. On the first visit out, the screen was not installed in the manner described. The animal was removed. The chimney was not cleaned and disinfectant was not used. Had to call and they rescheduled. They called 2 hours before appt and rescheduled again and stated I would be upgraded to a commercial grade disinfectant.
