We had our gutters cleaned since we were dealing with clogged gutters. John was awesome he cleaned the gutters with no mess and was nice to deal with. I have been very impressed with the vendors from H.A.
they did not provide the service requested, yet charged me $75.00 for providing not solutions.

The service requested was to check the fireplace for a damper issue. The fireplace at this residence did not have a damper and was a insert fireplace that has 1 outlet outside the home that was causing the draft problem which we diagnosed for the customer. What is needed is a fabricator to build a new box outlet in which no chimney company would cover with a welding machine. Arrived quickly, work was efficient & helpful.
They came and quickly cleaned my dryer vent. They also reattached my vent that went from the dryer to the wall. They were very helpful and were 1/2 the price of another company I called.
I felt that this Cleaning Service was the best. They were on time and professional. They also did not miss anything. It looked almost new it was so clean.wonderful job. Very thorough, professional, responsive to specific requests for cleaning, punctual. I would not only recommend them, but I would use them again.
This team of Synergy Maids are amazing ! They arrived motivated and ready to clean, that's for sure. Cleaning Service was the best. They were on time and professional. They also did not miss anything. It looked almost new it was so clean. I would not only recommend them, but I would use them again.
The job was for cleaning the gutters and downspouts. This was not offered as a choice in the review. I was assured when I made the appointment that clean up and haul away was taken care of. It is going to take my husband 2 hours to clean out our patio area and pool. The boys were on the roof as my husband was cleaning the pool and complained that they were going to have to use their hands to scoop the debris out. Good Afternoon, We called you 3 times and left multiple messages to clean up any mess and to discuss this problem. We apologize for any problems. Our technician did explain to management that your husband was okay with all debris going into the pool as he had a special system to clean it up after he insisted twice. We do typically put all debris in bags and this was a rare case and it was noted on the service invoice so this type of problem would not happen. This was a very, very poor job and I will never use them again. Gutters still have so many leaves and trash in them.
