I made the appointment well in advance with a 3 hour window for arrival. Service tech did not show or call. Called to complain. Finally tech called and performed service and gave suggestions for additional work. Work and tech was great. However, I suggest you call on day of service to confirm appointment and get better timeline for arrival.
