Horrible! I was stood up on my first appt then rescheduled for the following week. Then when they did come by they left my chimney damper open which allowed wasps to come in while my wife and 1 yr old son were home. You get put on hold automatically when trying to reach customer service and will be lucky if you talk to someone after calling multiple times. Worst experience I've ever had with any company I've hired.

We apologize for any problems with your service. However we always leave the damper open so that our customer's are ready to burn a fire and always let our customer's made aware of this. We have never had a problem with this matter, but apologize for your inconvienience. As of the phone system we are pretty busy this time of the year and will always accommodate our customer's the best we can and even have a 24 hour phone system to better assist our customer's. The two young gentlemen that came were very polite and did an excellent job. They made sure that everything was covered and protected from ashes. Promptly cleaned up after themselves.

The technicians arrived on time, performed the work as agreed, and were friendly.
They completed the work in less than an hour. Everything was kept clean in the room.
They did a great job. I will use them again.
The technicians were very knowledgeable and clearly explained the problems and how to remediate them. The only problem was that they came very late, after the scheduled window (4-7pm).
