Nature's own has some very friendly staff and helped us on our vacation home. We were really delighted that they were able to repair our fireplace and make it look more modern. We highly recommend them due to their high level of customer service as well as their knowledgeable staff. The quotes were reasonable and the work was done to more then just our satisfaction.
I am left to clean soot from my entire house after the job that was done for me. Beyond upset sums it up well. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

The poor rating for value for the money was my fault - not theirs. They only had to replace the batteries in one part so the service call fee was quite expensive....NOT their fault at all.

I am very pleased with Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning because the staff are very helpful and they get the job done. On top of that, the tech made a great impression by coming on time and doing the job well. I think the advice they give for the maintenance of the chimney is an added bonus. They were late and didnt even go on the roof to inspec the chimney. Barely cleaned up in it either. Vacummed inside but I could have done that!!

Good Morning Cyndi, We apologize for any inconvenience. The only reason our technician might have not inspected your roof is if it was unsafe at this time. However we offer a 30 day warranty with all of our work and will go back out to your home to finish the work at no charge if your service hasn't been scheduled already. Thank You, Management
The reasons I wasn't completely satisfied with the company is (1) difficult to get an appointment (had to leave a message for an appt, (2) long delay between request for service and availability, (3) showed up a lot later than scheduled window of time (although tech called to let me know), and they did not check the outside of the chimney stack at all (it was dark when they were there).
