In addition to cleaning my chimney, Jason found and repaired a problem I was unaware of with my fireplace.
I couldn't be more please on how professional and courteous the staff was from Natures Own Chimney clean! they made my chimney look amazing and the kids really enjoyed the fireplace that night will be using them again in the near future for my gutters as I hate being on ladders lol
On time. Did not need the chimney service based on their advice which they didn't charge me for and they did the dryer vent cleaning promptly and eficentially.

Good, pretty thorough. Worked on unit to free up gas flow to log. Could have doene a bit more thorough cleaning of flame tube openings. Thorough explanation of OTHER services, too!!! (sales pitch)

I had really bad experience with the service from this company on the Chimney Cleaning and Repair. They sent a technician to my house for the cleaning. The technician looked at the fireplace and told me everything is OK then left. Including him walking in and out the house, it took about 3 minutes. I didn't get any service at all. $65 for 3 minutes sounds VERY expensive. Then I called the company but they just simply told me, "sorry, we can't do anything." They showed up on time ......WOW ....and were very quick and efficient . Will probably be calling back for a chimney sweep out .....I had the previous nights embers in the fireplace so they couldn't do it that day . Duhhhh , I should have thought of that . hahaha
