good job cleaning seldom used fireplace and chimney. plus putting on a cap.was worth price $199.But $250 to spray the fireplace with mildew spray and layering the chimney with some quckcrete was a bit high.
The technician was professional and cordial. The job was done efficiently. I will use again.
the company is a multi-city business, but I got the feeling that I was dealing with an individual and not a company. He verbally agreed to do a couple of items like caulk along the fireplace and clean our dryer vent when he provided an estimate but did not do these things while here. The mortar patches were sloppy and did not look like a professional job. We had to request additional spots that he missed. Did not feel we got our value for the money.

Just got my chimney cleaned and I couldn't be happier with the service that John provided for us. My biggest fear was a mess. The whole process was very clean and professional. I will use them again next year.
Brandon was very polite and answered all my Questions. only thing I questioned was their LATE Scheduling. I did not like the time to be sat at between 5-8 and told the Lady.I questioned the ability to be able to see , since it starts to get dark about then. On the day of Appointment, she called to confirm and told me , he would be there between 6-9. I felt , this was too late to be able to see anything by then.
