I assume they cleaned my chimney. I have no way of actually knowing. My concern was not in their mannerism but in their extended offers to fix and repair the little things that needed repair. Examples: I need small cracks fixed in the inside of the fireplace. Their cost estimate $200. My repair less than $20. I needed a gas fire starter pipe replaced. Their charge had I had it done by them:$100, my cost to replace the pipe and put it on, less than $15. I will not usee them again because I do not trust them. I felt that they ... read more

The tech said my fireplace was not very dirty, so why did he charge me to place it? If it didn't need serviced, then I should have been told. The tech left a mess around fireplace. I had to clean the area after the tech left. Tech had to come back a week later to fix vent because it was stuck open. He would not take responsibility for it being stuck open, and he was the only on in the fireplace since last winter. Again, he left a mess and a dirty hand, print which was really difficult to get out.

Clean and inspected two fire places. Friendly and courteous. Did not try to sell us any extra services or goods.

Even though it was raining hard, when it was discovered that the log kit was missing a gas hose,Chris quickly went to the nearest store to get the missing part and finished the install as efficiently as possible.
