Fantastic experience! This company was very professional and they ensured that our fireplace is safe to use for when we needed thanks to their excellent work in cleaning up our chimney!

The aeration was not done well, so the company sent someone a few days later to inspect it. Unfortunately it was the same man that aerated. He is hardly going to admit, "I did a mediocre job the first time." Although friendly and knowledgeable, the technician didn't offer to aerate again. I would not recommend Nature's Own Chimney Service for this service, as it was a waste of my money.

Good Morning, We apologize that you feel this way, however we did see the pictures of your yard and the aeration was done properly and if you aerate any yard to many times then the grass will have to be replaced. We do aerate over 100 yards monthly and have never had a problem like this, but we do understand that not everybody can be pleased. We did aerate properly and if there is anything else we can do to help please let us know. Thank You, Management

9/12/17 I have to change my rating from 3 stars to 5. I had Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning back for an inspection after hurricane Harvey and have scheduled repairs to be done in November. James was very professional and explained the damage and repairs that need to be made. He showed me pictures he took of the prior repair work that was done and the new damage. Looking forward to quality work in November from this company.

Didn't go out of his way to remove some of the debris that was caught on the gutter "grill" that's supposed to keep debris out. Also he did not put the garden hose back on the rack and even left the water turned on to the hose.
