They run pretty lean, but they do a good job and are very though and friendly

Hired them for aeration. They were cheaper than other companies so I gave them a try. They did a good job in some areas but not so much others. Some spots in front yard barely had any holes and in others the holes only went 1/2 inch deep.

Service Tech arrived just after the 3 hour window provided. After marking the front sprinkler heads, he seemed to fight the aeration machine to turn or get into corners. There were areas that the machine didn't go very deep, maybe due to compaction/clay soil. In the back yard, he probably did 60% of the yard, missing 10 ft wide swaths of yard, and couldn't seem to just go back and forth to assure complete coverage. I knew I should have stayed out there and watched, as he seemed very tired and unmotivated to do a decent job. ... read more

Good Morning, We do apologize for any problems you may have had with your service, however this is the first bad review that we have ever received from Billy servicing homes and will look into this immediately. Also we do warranty all of our work for 30 days and would be more then happy to come back and service any areas that may have benn missed. This is a very professional yet friendly company. Scheduling the dryer vent cleaning was easy, and Bill showed up right when he said he would. He was courteous and pleasant, and went right to work. He took great care to keep the work area clean, and put everything back together when he was done. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the job and will definitely call them out next time.
