Answered my request in 5 minutes during the storm. Evaluated and fixed leaks on chimney by end of week. . James and Manuel are very professional and easy to work with. Nice people. Highly recommend them.

Did a great job. The only thing was after he went in roof to check vent, he looked and said it was clear. After he left, there was lint in the bottom of the vent. I think it shook loose when he walked on the roof. No big deal. I just took it out. I don't think this would have been an issue if I actually had something hooked up to the vent. He would have come back inside to reconnect it and would have seen and removed the lint. I was waiting to install a new dryer. Excellent service, reasonable price, and friendly. Good quality and advice from the professional. The phone support was horrific. They wrote my credit card number down wrong and never sent me a bill. Never. They were prepared to send my unpaid account to collections. I asked them for a bill and it took weeks and lots of phone calls to get that. If they could just charge me at the time of service; it is 2017 not 1988; then the experience would have been completely different

First folks to call me back. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 was that when they pulled my dryer out, they didn't ask me if I wanted to sweep out the lint myself before they put the dryer back.
