Although they did a good job they disposed of their trashed parts on my lawn. I'm so tired of companies performing jobs at my home and get paid and leave their trash thrown out on my lawn. I was told by the technician that the inside of my fireplace would be painted black to eliminate the discoloration and unfortunately it's not .

We will talk with the technician and make sure this never happens again. As of the fireplace being painted we would be more then happy to return and take care of this issue right away.
Excellent experience! I spoke with 3 companies in the Houston area and 3 of them all wanted at least $140 to simply come out. No, they didn't want $140 to clean the chimney, no, this was just essentially a trip charge and an expensive one at that (I'm ok with a trip charge, not one that is double a normal one). Another company offered to "expedite" my appointment for an additional $100!! Yikes, so given the flooding and stuff in Houston they were all booked up and they'd bump another customer to put me in front.... no thanks... read more

Terrific company! I received 3 other bids to inspect and start our fireplaces, and Nature's Own was the most reasonable. Henry, the tech, was personable, polite and VERY knowledgeable. Nature's Own has my HIGHEST recommendation. I will use them for other household projects!
